At BBF, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help simplify the return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BBF account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a professional carrier pickup; for smaller decor, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
